Biodata:
Andrew has lived in the San Luis Valley since 1987. Andrew is married to Lori and they currently reside in Monte Vista, CO with their two sons, Tanner and Josiah.
Current Position and Research Program:
Andrew started working as a Research Associate in April of 2000. His primary duties include applying foliar fungicides to potato research plots throughout the growing season and assisting with other types of potato disease research, preparing and planting seed potatoes for research plots, and assisting with harvest and post harvest grading of potatoes. He also organizes research data into reports and newsletters. Andrew also works for the Colorado Potato Certification Service assisting with summer field inspections, greenhouse inspections, post-harvest testing, some lab testing, and maintaining the PCS website.
