Vineyard Agrivoltaics
WCRC Orchard Mesa will soon be home to a new agrivoltaics project. The array will be organized to provide real-time energy data, and will be a part of a series of agrivoltaic research efforts at CSU. We encourage you to visit this page again in the future as we have more information about the project and can share our research with you.
View the Constuction Project and Monitor the Vineyard
We plan to offer a livestream video option so that visitors can see the vineyard in real time, and watch a timelapse video of the solar arrays construction.
Data and Other Metrics
When finished, the panels and other implements will show data for temperature, wind speed, soil moisture both under the solar panels and in the control area, while also providing a total value of the energy produced.
